Accounting Support Manager
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Full-Time | Exempt
Position expected to start January 2026
Position Purpose:
Provide administrative and operational support to the VP of Accounting and Director of Hotel Accounting, helping ensure accurate financial processes and smooth communication across our hotel portfolio.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with departmental organization, scheduling, and month-end workflows
- Support the gathering and review of financial documents across multiple properties
- Maintain reporting logs, compliance records, and shared accounting files
- Provide general support to Accounting Managers and hotel leaders
- Help streamline processes and documentation within the accounting department
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting or administrative experience (hospitality a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with M3 or Profitsword helpful
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
NOTICE:
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
