The Cook at the W XYZ Bar is responsible for preparing and serving a limited evening food menu using a TurboChef oven and microwave. This role focuses on food prep, product execution, cleanliness, and inventory communication rather than traditional stovetop cooking.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items using a TurboChef oven and microwave according to standards.
- Complete food prep, portioning, labeling, dating, and proper storage.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the F&B Manager when product is low.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Minimize waste and rotate inventory properly.
- Support evening bar operations and assist team members as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Food service or kitchen experience preferred; full line-cook experience not required.
- Ability to work independently during PM shifts.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety certification required or must be obtained.
- Alcohol service certification preferred or required within designated timeframe.
NOTICE:
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
